Stack cards sequentially within each suit, ascending or descending in numerical order. Players construct foundation piles by suit, choosing to build upward from low to high or downward from high to low, maintaining a consistent direction for each suit throughout the game.
The game uses two standard decks. Begin by flipping a face-up indicator card. Four foundation piles must ascend in the same suit, starting from the rank immediately above the indicator—wrapping from Ace to King as needed. Another four foundations descend in the same suit, beginning one rank below the indicator, cycling from King to Ace. The stock deals cards singly to the waste pile. If a card matching the indicator’s rank appears, place it directly on the indicator pile. The top waste card can be moved to foundations or any of four tableau piles. Tableau piles accept single cards of the same suit in ascending or descending order. Once the stock depletes, flip the waste pile to reset the stock for another pass. A unique twist allows moving cards between foundation piles, offering strategic flexibility. Victory hinges on filling foundations—the more cards placed, the higher your final score in this challenging solitaire variant.
